Debt Mediation

Debt Mediation (Affordable Distribution) Service was specifically designed to assist consumers where all their creditors are still being paid but in line with what the consumer can afford, and more specifically those that do not qualify for Debt Counselling. This helps clients to free up monthly cash flow, while still paying their debts instead of borrowing more money to pay debts.

Admin Order rescission

Certain (not all) administrators take people’s money for many years, without paying creditors. We have seen many clients paying for 5 years on admin orders and after this time they owe MORE than what they originally did! We prove to the court that the client is in a better financial position and can pay the full installments. We have corresponding attorneys across the country to attend to these matters.

This product is for clients who apply for credit but their application is unsuccessful but the creditor does not provide a reason for declining the application.  With this product, you draw the client’s credit report and can then see whether they have Defaults, Judgments, Administration orders, or Garnishing orders.  These are then evaluated to determine a way forward to assist a client in improving their financial situation.

Credit Score Booster

The removal, improvement, or management of a consumer’s credit score can improve so that consumers may qualify for loans again.  This product provides methods for improving a person’s credit score by looking at their credit report.

Debt Review Assessment

This product helps you to determine whether a client can be successfully removed from debt review, whether it is an update that needs to be done, or taking the matter to court.

Debt Review Cancellation

This product will be used If a consumer’s debt review assessment warrants cancellation of debt review, after doing the Assessment.

Default listings can be a real pain since there is no court order issued and nowhere to apply to have it removed. We remove and or update all four major credit bureaus, but the Judgment needs to be paid up.
